Alcohol & Drugs: Residential

Trelawn House

What is it?

Trelawn House is a drug and alcohol rehab in South West London for up to 15 people. You have to be over 18 and free of or recently detoxed from an alcohol or drug addiction. Trelawn House can also support disabled clients.

What kind of support will I get?

Over a course of three to six months, you’ll engage in psychosocial interventions including one-to-one sessions, group work, courses and complementary therapies, all designed to give you the tools to go back into the community and continue your recovery.

Specialist services

- We work with victims of domestic violence.

- We work with dual diagnosis clients (those with both substance misuse and mental health problems) and those on antipsychotic medication.

- We accept clients who are being released from prison or are subject to court orders.

Who pays for my stay?

Ring our referrals line to see if funding is available from the local authority in your area. You can also pay for your stay privately.
