We are Looking for two roles to target support in the City Centre and colleges/universities.
At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Oxfordshire Here4YOUth substance use service to be part of a new pilot engaging and supporting 18-25 year olds who use alcohol and other drugs. This pilot will be available to young adult’s who prefer to receive support from a young people’s provider rather than access adult service. The pilot will initially target the City Centre and the main colleges/universities.
You will be responsible for delivering a good quality and safe service to the people you support including outreach, creative engagement, assessment, case load management, group work, harm reduction and psychosocial interventions. If you are someone who enjoys working in the community and problem solving to help people change their lives for the better, this role’s right for you. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

You will have good Microsoft office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.
