We are looking for two roles to target support in Banbury and surrounding areas and City Centre

At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Oxfordshire Here4YOUth substance use service to be part of a new pilot engaging and supporting young people who have been affected by someone else’s substance use.  The pilot will initially target areas of Banbury and the City centre.

You will be responsible for delivering a good quality and safe service to the people you support, completing assessments, working independently managing your case load, and delivering group work face to face and online. You will deliver evidence based psychosocial and educational interventions including the Moving Parents and Children Together M-PACT programme, taking a whole family approach to the problem of parental substance use.

If you are someone who enjoys working in the community and problem solving to help people change their lives for the better, this role’s right for you. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of Oxfordshire and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us. You will have good Microsoft office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.
