At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the delivery and implementation of our new service model in Oxfordshire.

Cranstoun Here4YOUth is a service for young people up to 25 years old, who need support to address their substance use and also help and support for those affected by someone else’s drug and alcohol use.

You will be part of the Oxfordshire leadership team and support the service manager to deliver a safe, effective, and efficient service to our current and future service users. You will line manage a team of young people’s substance use workers, supporting them to be able to carry out their role fully. Amongst other duties you will support individuals’ development, support personnel matters, listen, respond and care about staff and service user wellbeing, oversee performance, manage the operational flow, maintain high standards of practice and support your team to achieve wider service targets.

The successful candidate will have effective leadership, communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage change whilst working to deadlines. You will need to be confident working with external agencies and deliver learning sessions to your team and other agencies where required. You will need a key eye for detail and the ability to review data, incident reports and other items which are key to effectively deliver the service.

Experience of developing and working in partnership is essential.

We believe that every young person deserves the best start in life and our vision is to inspire and empower people to lead healthier and safer lives.
