Salary Range: £25,000 – £29,000 (plus outer London Weighting)

Office base: Willesden/Redbridge – Working in London borough of Redbridge

Hours: 35 per week

A unique and exciting opportunity to join Cranstoun’s team to deliver our specialist victims/survivor interventions, across the London borough of Redbridge . Cranstoun’s victims service will provide immediate support and safety interventions for victims across the london borough of redbridge and work in partnership with the Redbridge reach out service.

We are looking for motivated practitioners who either have experience of working with Domestic Abuse or a related area or would like to develop skills in this area. Experience of working on behaviour change programmes, delivering training and community work would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will be working as part of the Redbridge IDVA service working across the London borough of Redbridge The service offers a range of interventions to Victim/survivors, including immediate safety planning, referrals to MARAC, identifying safe accommodation and emotional support. This project is a partnership between Cranstoun and London borough of Redbridge . You will also work with communities and professionals to raise awareness of the issues, offer effective interventions as well as challenging values and attitudes that create conducive environments for domestic abuse to continue.
