Trainee Engagement and Recovery Worker

Location: Sutton

Contract: 12 months fixed term trainee contract

Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week (with study time included)

Salary: £20,852 per annum, plus £2,013 Outer London Weighting

Cranstoun Inspire provides a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol in the London Borough of Sutton.

Cranstoun’s Trainees will work within a substance misuse community service and will gain the experience, knowledge and skills to embark on a career working with people who use drugs and/or alcohol. On top of this, you will be sponsored and supported to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and an Addiction Professionals competency validation/assessment.


Your skills, passion and commitment to our cause are important; we will work with you to give you the knowledge and experience to work successfully with our client group. You must have a strong desire to help others and a natural affinity to help people achieve their potential.
