Our Advice

It may be helpful to complete this tool in the future, just to check you’re still drinking within the Chief Medical Officers’ low risk drinking guidelines.
If you live in Sandwell, The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, Worcestershire or Wokingham and are thinking about making changes to your drinking, you can access an app which can identify how much you are drinking and offers advice on how you can cut down. The Lower My Drinking app can be downloaded through Google Play or iTunes and is available in both English and Polish. The Lower My Drinking app website and questionnaire can also be accessed here.
