Cranstoun Derby provides free, confidential drug and alcohol support for people over the age of 18. We offer tailored help to reduce harm, improve health and support at a pace that works for you. Our team are here to help you to achieve your goals and make positive change.

Our team includes key workers and clinical staff who are on hand to help you with assessment, care planning, harm reduction, prescribing, detox and relapse prevention. We also provide one-to-one support, group sessions and can also support with linking to wider local services to support around housing, employment and mental health services.

You can access support whether you want to cut down, stay safe or become drug and alcohol free.

Cranstoun also offers access to a harm reduction chatbot, Drugbot – which is free, confidential and has already answered more than 15,000 questions. You can access it here.

We are non-judgemental, trauma informed and focused on helping people live happier, healthier and safer lives.

The Ambition Hub

In addition to our main treatment service, we are fortunate to be able to work with Intuitive Thinking Skills, who operate the Ambition Hub in Derby. Here you can meet people with lived experience who maybe able to support on your journey and achieve your goals.

The Intuitive Thinking Skills team also offer Individual Placement & Support, which provides opportunities for people accessing the Cranstoun Derby service to get into work and build their confidence to seek employment. Find out more and make a referral here.
