Worcestershire Workshops

At Cranstoun, we believe in building positive communities and we aim to foster that belief in our workshop programme. The topics covered include what drives our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, how to plan, recognising helpful coping strategies, identifying ways of enhancing wellbeing, sustaining those changes and more.

What we do

Here is an overview of part of our dynamic workshop programme, aimed at working towards your goals, inspiring change. At your referral, you will be given information about joining our workshops. These are held in each of the districts of Worcestershire, and you can discuss your preferred locations at your initial assessment.

We offer access online too, should you wish not to travel, so you can access our content at home if you prefer. We cover a vast array of topics in these workshops that will help support goal setting and recovery.

This includes:

  • Pressing the PAUSE button
  • Goal setting
  • Communication
  • Behaviours and their links to thoughts and feelings

If you wish to join, please fill out our quick and easy online referral form, and speak to us about the workshops. If you are already attending a Cranstoun service, please speak to a staff member who would be happy to help you sign up for the workshop programmes.

Get in touch

We offer workshops in all 6 districts of Worcestershire. We hold these in Worcester, Malvern, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Evesham. Additionally, we offer online sessions in the evening for those who work full time and cannot make it in between the hours of 9am and 5pm. On top of these, we offer an online session during the day, for those people who struggle to leave the house, or cannot travel to the locations above.

Please call on 0300 303 8200 or email cranstounworcsreferrals@cranstoun.org.uk to find out more and a member of the team will be able to help.

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, we also have a voicemail facility for you to leave a message and we can call back.
