How we can help
Our support is free, confidential and 100% community based. Our lead workers are the vital link between people who use our services and other appropriate services, acting as an advocate, unblocking barriers and facilitating access to other organisations including community services, voluntary organisations and Neighbourhood Network Services.
The Lead Worker service provides a menu of on-going personalised support in order to assist individuals to sustain accommodation and improve health and wellbeing outcomes. The Lead Worker service co-ordinates interventions delivered by other agencies to ensure that the right support is offered at the right time by others.
