Why Cranstoun helps
It’s vital that children and young people receive the support they need. At Cranstoun, we understand this, and we are eager to give children and young people the power to improve their lives and enable them to reach their full potential.
It’s important to acknowledge that the issues that affect children and young people differ greatly from those that affect adults. Each child and each young person has their own perspective, their own opinions and their own life experience that has shaped them. They need the space to feel safe, understood and supported. At Cranstoun, we avoid a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and instead work alongside each person to achieve their unique goals. Our staff and volunteers share a mission to ensure every child and young person is empowered, inspired and encouraged when they engage with one of our services and that’s the golden thread that weaves throughout our work.
How Cranstoun helps
Cranstoun’s children and young people services are designed with children and young people in mind and are always reshaped and remoulded to best achieve each individual’s goals.

- Managing emotions and behaviour

We also provide volunteer opportunities for young people to collaborate with others.
