Open access information, advice, activities, early support and short-term mentoring for young people aged 13 to 25.

Youth Social Prescribing

Support for young people aged 11-25 who are registered with a Dudley GP, helping to overcome social, emotional and practical barriers to wellbeing by connecting to community resources and opportunities.

Here4YOUth Children and Young People’s Substance Use Service

Specialist, youth-friendly advice, harm reduction and comprehensive intervention relating to alcohol and other substances for young people with a Dudley connection, aged 11-18 (up to 25 with additional needs).

Additional Support

Family support, outreach, youth participation, group work and joined-up support with other services when this is helpful.
