Youth Participation
At Cranstoun, children and young people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Youth Participation approach creates meaningful ways for young people to share their views, shape our services and take part in opportunities that build confidence, skills and influence.
Our Youth Participation Approach & Opportunities
We have three routes for youth involvement:
- U Are Heard – creating everyday opportunities for children & young people to share feedback, experiences, and ideas so we can listen, learn, and improve.
- Opportunities 4 YOUth – offering local and national opportunities to get involved, connect with others, grow skills and contribute to projects, events and activities.
- Voice into Action – supporting young people to turn their ideas into real change through advocacy, campaigning, collaboration and youth-led action.
Whether a young person wants to share their voice, explore new experiences or lead change, we ensure participation is safe, inclusive and meaningful.
If you would like to find out more about how we champion youth voice across all Cranstoun services, please contact youthvoice@cranstoun.org.uk
