  • ensuring service user access to other services as appropriate
  • promoting social integration and financial stability
  • recording and monitoring the progress of each service user
  • developing the skills and capabilities of individuals and raising their aspirations
  • providing a service that is timely and available at the point of need
  • coordinating effective working relationships with external agencies
  • maintaining and developing support knowledge and expertise

Our service provision will be strengthened by a network of partner relationships throughout Birmingham.

Wendy Taylor, Cranstoun’s Director of Operations says: “We are really excited to be operating these new services and working within the new pathway commissioned by Birmingham City Council – it provides a real opportunity to help prevent people’s housing situation from getting worse and linking them in with the support they need. There was a real buzz on our first day induction session, and we were delighted to welcome some excellent staff joining Cranston from other organisations. Everyone seemed really happy which is where we want to be on day one.”
