Cranstoun has been awarded a Gold accreditation from Investors in People for the third time, reinforcing the charity’s commitment to making sure that each team member feels valued, motivated and empowered.
Investors in People is a globally recognised standard that assesses how organisations lead, support, and develop their people.
Cranstoun has held an Investors in People accreditation since 2006, and the organisation has proudly maintained Gold status since 2018.
Only 17% of assessed organisations achieve this level, making this a truly outstanding achievement.
The assessor shared that he was “struck by how much people enjoy their work and enjoy working for Cranstoun”, which reflects the passion, dedication and commitment from each colleague across the organisation.
Kim Coles, Director of People & Culture at Cranstoun, said: “While we celebrate this fantastic achievement with pride, we’ll continue striving to make Cranstoun an even better place to work.
“Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this award reflects their passion and dedication.”
