CYP Participation Registration Form

Welcome to the Children and Young People’s service within Cranstoun. There are many ways that you can be engaged with our organisation; whether that’s a service local to you, or nationally.

Thank you for answering the questions below, and we will be touch to discuss your interest in more detail.

The information you provide us will be recorded and stored on the following Cranstoun systems: Yeti, Carepath or OTIS; all have secure servers with controlled access to only those who need to see it.

Your personal information is important to us, and we will keep it confidential within Cranstoun and stored in line with GDPR. You can read it here or alternatively request a copy from us.

There are occasions where we may need to share information with partner agencies, we will discuss and agree this with you first. If we have any concerns around safeguarding, we may share these details with the appropriate agencies without your consent.

Please talk to our Youth Participation Coordinator, Sarah Grantham, should you have any questions. Anonymised data and reports will be provided to the funders in order to evidence the work of our Youth Participation Coordinator and Cranstoun.
