The information you provide to us will be recorded on our case management system and shared with the Reflexions team. All information is securely and safely stored with controlled access to only those who need to see it.

Your personal information is important to us and we will keep it confidential within Cranstoun and stored in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. We have a Privacy Policy that you can read here or alternatively you can request a copy from us.

There are occasions where we may need to share your information with partner agencies to ensure you receive the support and advice that you need. We will discuss and agree this with you first. If we have any concerns around your safety and wellbeing, we may need to share your information with the appropriate agencies such as safeguarding teams without your consent. We will always try to discuss this with you before we share your information with others.
