Time Commitment: Flexible – approx 3-6 hours per week.
About the Service
Here4YOUth Oxfordshire is a specialist children and young people’s service delivering harm-reduction, early intervention and whole-family support for those affected by substance use. We work with children and young people aged 8–25, and their families, offering trauma-informed, strengths-based support across Oxfordshire.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Publicity Volunteer to help raise awareness of Here4YOUth’s offer to children, young people, families and professionals across Oxfordshire.
You’ll support the creation of youth-friendly, accessible Instagram content and wider publicity materials, ensuring everything aligns with safeguarding, consent and data protection requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Supporting the creation of Instagram posts, Stories and Reels
· Helping plan and maintain a content calendar
· Designing posters, leaflets and digital publicity materials
· Supporting campaigns for drop-ins, programmes and events
· Adding accessibility features such as captions and alt text
· Monitoring engagement and sharing insights with the team
· Following brand, safeguarding and social media policies
What We’re Looking For
· Creativity and interest in social media and digital content
· Confidence using Instagram
· A youth-friendly, inclusive and non-judgemental approach
· Strong awareness of boundaries, confidentiality and safeguarding
· Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
